Rainer Wieland is a German politician and Member of the European Parliament for Baden Württemberg. Since 2009 he has been one of the 14 Vice Presidents of the Parliament. He is a member of the CDU, part of the European People’s Party. Rainer Wieland is chairman of Europa-Union Deutschland Baden-Württemberg (regional section of UEF) and since 2011 has been President of Europa-Union Deutschland.
Pablo Zalba Bidegain is a Spanish economist and politician and has been a Member of the European Parliament (MEP),for the European People’s Party, since June 2009, as representative of the Spanish Partido Popular. He has been re-elected as member of the Economy and Finances Commission of the EP.

In 2004, he founded Solar Power Group, sharing around him a team of highly motivated international professionals active in sales, technology development and implementation.
Furthermore he is President of the Belgian-German Society.
